J: No cheese!!!
K: Jackson, would you like a peanut butter sandwich?
J: No butter!!!!
K: Jackson, would you like some cracker?
J: No cracker!!!!!!
K: Jackson, would you like a drink of milk?
J: Moke!!! Moke!!!!
K: Jackson, let's give you a shower.
J: No shower!!!!!
K: How about a bath instead?
J: No bath!!!!
K: Jackson, it's time to change your diaper.

Me: Jackson, would you like to watch Barney?
J: Bah-eee!!! Bahn-eee!! (Barney!!!)

Moral of the story: Never ask a two-year-old whether he wants something. And Barney or milk will always work in a pinch.

For lunch today, my little Erika (just turned 3) was having a strawberry waffle. She had ripped it in half and was munching on the first half when she asked for chocolate pudding. I told her that she had to eat her whole waffle first. She said, "I'll eat this piece, but I HATE that piece" pointing to the other half of her waffle. Kids are great!
